What a nightmare! I ordered a phone that was advertised, but I had to pay upfront even though it wasn’t available. They told me it would arrive the next day, but after four days of waiting, nothing showed up. I had to call multiple times, and it was only after speaking to the fourth person that I finally found out the phone I paid for was out of stock. Eventually, they sent me a different phone that showed up the next day. Honestly, the team really needs some serious training; the communication was just terrible. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else—might as well toss your cash down the drain. They really messed this up!

My cash is gone and it's been more than a week without getting my phone. I've sent emails, but whitebox hasn't replied. I'm planning to reach out to PayPal to reclaim my funds.

I got a refurbished iPhone X this week. It showed up fast. If it had come in an Apple box, I might've believed it was brand new. I can't find any issues with it so far. Awesome prices, awesome phone.

I placed an order for an iPhone on April 24th, and by the 27th, it still hadn’t shown up. I called them on the 27th, and they said it would arrive by April 29th, but it never did.

As of today, May 4th, it’s still missing. I called again and found out they never had the phone in stock at all. They promised to process a refund within the next day.

The communication has been terrible; I had to keep reaching out for updates, and when I called on the 27th, I was fed a line.

I’ve been on hold and calling about the phone I ordered, but instead, I got a different one. The new phone is in decent shape, so I can’t really complain. When I spoke with customer service, they mentioned they found a crack in the screen of the original phone I wanted. They offered to send me an Apple phone charging set, which is great, but I’m STILL WAITING for that set. It’s pretty disappointing. I chose you guys because of the good reviews, and I really hope this is just a fluke. I wouldn’t want other customers to go through what I have.

Just got my hands on a black iPhone 8 a-grade, just like they said, and it came at no extra charge, looking brand new. The customer service was fantastic, and the team was super friendly. I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro for my daughter. Sadly, the DPD delivery guy couldn't locate our place. After three unsuccessful tries, I reached out to White Box for a refund. The representative I talked to was fantastic, and without any fuss, they refunded the phone's price. If it weren't for that clueless courier, I bet I would’ve rated them five stars and been enjoying a shiny new phone.
